WORKERS’ COMP

Workers compensation investigations are a specific niche within the investigation industry. Western investigations’ has been providing our insurance companies with a wide variety of Workers’ Compensation investigations for nearly 20 years at the time of this writing. However, more and more our office is conducting investigations directly for employers. Employers are frequently felt taken advantage of by both the insurance companies and the alleged injured worker(s) and as a result, they will frequently complain to the insurance companies that the claimant needs to be investigated. When the insurance companies fail to pursue an investigation on the alleged injured worker, they will frequently call private investigators in order to conduct these types of investigations.
